Certified Meditation Teacher, has been practicing meditation since his teenage years and is an avid researcher of new discoveries in the medical field and neuroscience dealing with meditation. Jake has recently completed a Meditation Teacher Training Course in California with Ananda, an organization that has been training meditation and yoga instructors for over 40 years and has locations in several countries.
