My practice is humanistic, strengths-based and holistic. I will work with you using a non-judgmental, empathic approach; helping you to explore your concerns and realize your unique strengths. I understand that the road towards healing can be difficult and confusing and will walk beside you to offer support and guidance. If you are open to it, I will utilize art
therapy; I also utilize Cognitive behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and mindfulness techniques, catering my approach to you and your needs. I believe that art therapy has the power to help individuals cope with a wide variety of concerns. Art therapy can help individuals of all ages find the words to communicate their thoughts and emotions. It can also offer a deeper awareness of self and the presenting issues, in turn providing an opportunity for transformation and healing.
“…we express inner feelings by creating outer forms. Expressive art refers to using the emotional, intuitive aspects of ourselves in various media” N. Rogers
