Courtney Holden is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. She is experienced in providing individual psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults of various cultures and backgrounds. Her clinical interests include stress management, healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, improving self-esteem, and overcoming relationship difficulties.
