Do you have a child or teenager who is struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, peer relationships, and/or depression? Adults, do you find yourself struggling with the same problems or just want more from life? Though we long for real support, the world instead often tells us to “suck it up,” or “get over it.”
I am here to assist you with those difficulties you or your child may be encountering in life through a kind, compassionate, non-judgemental approach. Regardless of the problems you are experiencing, my goal is to provide support, understand the motivations, work with you to set goals for your future, and develop tools to reach them. Let’s start a journey to a happier, brighter, better life!
I enjoy working with clients of all age groups and demographics. My specialty is pre-teens and teens, special needs included. My experience allows me to help in many areas including anxiety, stress management, grieving/loss, behavioral concerns, school motivation, depression, ADHD, self-injury, and LGBTQ+. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in community and school counseling as well as a master’s degree in special education. I am available for evening and weekend appointments so please feel free to contact me via phone or email.
