Liz Ciukaj takes a client-centered approach to assist clients from all walks of life on their journey to emotional, behavioral, and overall wellbeing. Liz works with adolescents, young adults, and adults. She works with many different presenting concerns including anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, everyday life stressors, and more.
Liz has earned her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. She earned her bachelor’s in Psychology and from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota and minored in Criminal Justice. Liz offers daytime and evening hours during the week as a Mental Health Therapist at The Center for Self-Actualization and offers a sliding scale. She utilizes an integrative approach specific to each client to best help them in a safe, supportive, non-judgmental, and collaborative space.
