Are you hurting? Are you stuck? Are you in a difficult situation and are unsure of what to do? I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with a Masters Degree in Counseling from Saint Xavier University. I have over 10 years of experience working as a counselor and a background teaching psychology courses at the university level. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the single most important factor in how successful counseling will ultimately be. I have experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, bipolar, stress management, relationships/divorce, LGBT issues, grief/loss and those who have experienced various traumas.

I want you to be comfortable and have a positive experience in counseling and I will work in a collaborative and non-judgmental way to help you achieve your goals and realize your full potential. I look forward to working to you to help you live a healthier, happier life.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." -Carl Rogers
