Christine Lozano is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist
who works with youth and adults. Some of her clinical interests include anxiety, depression,
stress management, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-harm, self-esteem issues, and
trauma.

My holistic based approach to care focuses on a person’s strengths and considers all the
aspects that make you, you! I cater treatment to fit your needs, allowing us to find the most
supportive approaches for you. Methods I often use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,
Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Spiritual Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness and Positive
Psychology. Art Therapy is an option that can support people to express thoughts and emotions
that can be difficult to express verbally. With a focus on process, not just product, I utilize art
making as an outlet for emotional healing and joyful creativity. It can empower us to repair
negative core beliefs, build mind-body connection and enhance self-worth.

The therapist-client relationship is of great value to me, as it’s the foundation from where
change can begin. I am continuously inspired by those I work with and see their strengths and
potential. I also understand the road toward change can be challenging and will walk beside
you on this path. I will strive to help you identify your unique strengths, develop skills to
manage challenges and create a more balanced life as your strongest self.

“Only when we’re brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite
power of our light.” Brené Brown
