Lauren earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Roosevelt University. She received her bachelor's in psychology from Carthage College and published research in the Midwestern Psychological Association 2022 conference on student state anxiety.

Lauren works with individuals of all ages and is particularly interested in working with couples, emerging adults, and individuals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, body dysmorphia, mood/personality disorders, and PTSD.
