Hello! I am currently pursuing a master's degree in social work from Aurora University and have received my bachelor's degree in music education from Illinois State University. I am a passionate advocate for mental health wellness and utilize a client-centered and strengths-based approach to support clients in their journey through therapy. I believe that therapy should be a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment for the client and therapist to explore your strengths and challenges. My goal is to empower clients to identify and achieve their personal goals so that they may continuously work towards being the best version of themselves.

I have interest in working with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, life changes, and individuals in the LGBTQ+ community. I offer afternoon and evening hours during the week at The Center for Self Actualization. I look forward to meeting with you!
