I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting both children and adults through a wide range of challenges. The past several years I have worked within a nonprofit community mental health agency supporting individuals with mild to severe symptoms. My work is rooted in creating a safe, welcoming space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions. My approach is compassionate and collaborative.

I believe that healing happens through connection, trust, and practical tools that empower growth. I have a passion for helping children build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and support their families along the way. With adults, I focus on navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, always tailoring my approach to each person’s unique needs. 

I believe therapy is a collaborative process and I strive to meet every client with warmth, empathy, and practical tools they can use beyond our sessions. My goal is to empower clients of all ages and backgrounds to feel supported, understood, and capable of growth.
