Marla Cardenas has a master’s degree in marriage and family counseling from Governor’s State University. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Indiana State University and it was during that time that she realized she wanted to become a counselor and help others see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Marla is bilingual and provides therapy in both English and Spanish. She has experience working with adults, teenagers, children and will provide therapy for individuals, couples and families. She has also worked with issues in grief and loss, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression.
