I’m Tera, a Master’s student in Counseling at National Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services. I’m passionate about supporting clients through life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, and major life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

I’m also deeply committed to creating a safe, affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community and am Lyme Disease and Chemical sensitivity friendly. My client-centered approach is rooted in empathy and empowerment, helping you grow and

become your best self. I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments, available both in-person and online.
