Tricia supports adults and adolescents individually through life transitions, to improve
self-esteem, anxiety, depression and perfectionism with compassion and warmth.
Integrating talk therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, person-centered, and existential
techniques, she designs each session to your needs. She aspires to work alongside you
to support your goals and foster a space for self-expression where you feel heard, safe,
and empowered to trust your intuition and grow.

She began her career working in graphic design and marketing and later attended
graduate school to pursue art therapy.

She believes that everyone is an artist. Your work together may include art-making and
materials to connect with your intuition, build grounding skills, explore emotions, foster
mind-body connection and express what is difficult to put into words for
better mental health, growth, and healing.

Before starting at the Center for Self-Actualization, she worked at a community mental
health clinic working with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and
trauma. She shifted to working with groups with intellectual or developmental disability
in an art studio and have presented for high school students as well as for school district
in-services.

When not at work she loves to watch stand-up comedy, explore mother nature, create
art with mixed media, read about mythical creatures, listen to live music, laugh and soak
up time with family.
