Welcome! I’m Tricia, and I truly believe that everyone is an artist!
I work with adults and adolescents to move through life transitions, identify and connect
to emotions, encourage self-esteem, adjustment to parenthood, process grief, loss, and
trauma. I began my career working in graphic design and marketing. I later attended
graduate school to pursue art therapy.

I work alongside you to support your goals and growth creatively using the process of
art making and materials to connect with your intuition, build grounding skills, explore
emotions, foster mind-body connection and express what is difficult to put into words for
better mental health, growth, and healing.
Before starting at the Center for Self-Actualization, I worked at a community mental
health clinic working with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and
trauma. I shifted to working with groups with intellectual or developmental disability in an
art studio and have presented for high school students as well as for school district in-
services.
When I am not at work I love to watch stand-up comedy, explore mother nature, create
art with mixed media, read about mythical creatures, listen to live music, laugh and soak
up time with family.
