Rest and Reset
Yin Yoga + Acupuncture
Sunday 4/19
6:00pm -7:15pm
Teacher: Deanna Spear
Acupuncturist: Dr. Jamie Bailey
Spring invites us into renewal — a gentle awakening after the stillness of winter. Our Rest & Reset session is designed to support that transition, combining slow, grounding Yin yoga with the subtle power of acupuncture to help your body and nervous system recalibrate for the new season.
We begin with supported Yin postures held for longer periods, encouraging deep release through the connective tissues while creating space for breath, softness, and inner clarity. Just as the earth thaws and opens in spring, you’ll be guided to gently open, clear, and make room for fresh energy.
The practice flows into an extended, fully supported savasana where Dr. Bailey places five carefully selected acupuncture needles. This simple yet powerful treatment promotes grounding, eases tension, and supports a seasonal reset for both body and mind.
This experience is ideal if you’re feeling depleted, overstimulated, or ready to shake off winter heaviness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, balanced, and renewed — aligned with the steady, hopeful rhythm of spring.
No prior experience with yoga or acupuncture is needed. Come as you are, and allow yourself the space to rest, reset, and bloom.
Seeds of Sound: Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga
Saturday 4/18
6:00pm -7:30pm
Instructor: Tifani Anthony
Seeds of Sound: Root. Rest. Rise.
Seeds of Sound is a seasonal restorative yoga and sound healing experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and plant intentions for the season ahead.
This candlelit gathering blends guided restorative yoga, immersive sound therapy, herbal tea, and a community seed exchange to create a deeply grounding and nourishing evening. Participants will be guided into restful postures supported by props while sound instruments such as bowls, chimes, and gentle tones create a meditative soundscape to support relaxation and nervous system reset.
Following the restorative sound practice, we will gather for tea and community connection. Guests are invited to bring seeds from their gardens or collections to share in a community seed exchange. If you don’t have seeds to bring, that’s perfectly okay. Seeds will also be available to share!
As part of the closing ritual, participants will be invited to write a personal intention on plantable seed paper and place it into soil to take home and nurture. This simple planting ritual is a symbolic way to reflect on what we are cultivating in our lives while honoring the natural cycles of growth.
Tea will be served during the community portion of the evening, and we are currently working with a local partner to provide a seasonal herbal blend.
This event is intentionally kept small to create an intimate and supportive atmosphere.
