Caregiver & Me Yoga
For children up to age 5
Wednesdays | 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
This playful, interactive class is designed for young children and their caregivers to enjoy together. Through songs, simple poses, stories, and games, little ones build body awareness, coordination, and emotional connection. A gentle and supportive way to introduce yoga and mindfulness to early learners—plus, a great opportunity to bond with your child!
Kids Yoga
For children ages 6 – 12

Our kids yoga class offers a fun, dynamic, and age-appropriate practice that encourages movement, focus, self-regulation, and relaxation. Each class blends yoga poses, breathing exercises, creative movement, and mindfulness activities—perfect for building strength, balance, and confidence while helping kids unwind after school.

A little zen. A little sass. All joy.
This one-of-a-kind class blends the grounding flow of yoga with the playful energy of dance for a feel-good movement experience unlike anything else. We start with a yoga-dance infused warm-up to connect breath, body, and rhythm. Without even realizing it, you’ll be learning our featured MOOD routine—a choreographed dance to a specific song that’s all about fun, expression, and feel-good vibes. Think childhood sleepovers, living room dance parties, and just letting loose.
After dancing it out, we bring it back to the mat with a gentle yoga flow and close in calming savasana, leaving you refreshed, empowered, and glowing from the inside out.
This class is for every body—no dance or yoga experience required. Just come ready to move, feel, and have fun.
Thanksgiving Yoga Flow

Flow before the feast! Breathe, focus, move, stretch, and balance. This practice consists of postures designed to synchronize breath with movement. The class moves at a smoothly flowing, moderately rigorous pace with attention to proper alignment, introducing students to postures essential for strength, flexibility and balance. Modifications are provided to accommodate beginner students. This class assists in bringing the mind into a state of balance and stillness. There may also be opportunities to safely explore more challenging poses such as arm balances and inversions. All levels welcome.
