Rest and Reset
Yin Yoga + Acupuncture
Sunday 4/19
6:00pm -7:15pm
Teacher: Deanna Spear
Acupuncturist: Dr. Jamie Bailey
Spring invites us into renewal — a gentle awakening after the stillness of winter. Our Rest & Reset session is designed to support that transition, combining slow, grounding Yin yoga with the subtle power of acupuncture to help your body and nervous system recalibrate for the new season.
We begin with supported Yin postures held for longer periods, encouraging deep release through the connective tissues while creating space for breath, softness, and inner clarity. Just as the earth thaws and opens in spring, you’ll be guided to gently open, clear, and make room for fresh energy.
The practice flows into an extended, fully supported savasana where Dr. Bailey places five carefully selected acupuncture needles. This simple yet powerful treatment promotes grounding, eases tension, and supports a seasonal reset for both body and mind.
This experience is ideal if you’re feeling depleted, overstimulated, or ready to shake off winter heaviness. You’ll leave feeling lighter, balanced, and renewed — aligned with the steady, hopeful rhythm of spring.
No prior experience with yoga or acupuncture is needed. Come as you are, and allow yourself the space to rest, reset, and bloom.
Frequencies of Love: Restorative Sound Bath for the Heart
Sunday 2/15
6:00pm -7:20pm
Collaboration with Yoga Instructor Tifani and The Good Root Grove Co.
This gathering is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with love as presence, rest, and self-kindness. Designed to support the nervous system and gently open the heart, this experience weaves together sound, stillness, and simple ritual to create a deeply restorative space.
We’ll begin by settling in with a curated mocktail tasting from The Good Root Grove, offering nourishing, wellness-focused beverages to help you arrive fully and comfortably. From there, you’ll be guided into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, along with other healing instruments, allowing the body to soften and the mind to quiet.
Throughout the experience, you’ll be supported with restorative comforts including an eye mask and subtle aromatherapy to enhance relaxation. Affirmation cards will be offered as a tool for self-reflection, helping you connect with intentions of compassion, rest, and inner listening.
We’ll close with a heart-centered ritual to integrate the experience and gently transition back into the day—grounded, replenished, and held. No prior experience is needed; simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
