Caregiver & Me Yoga
For children up to age 5
Wednesdays | 10:15 AM – 11:00 AM
This playful, interactive class is designed for young children and their caregivers to enjoy together. Through songs, simple poses, stories, and games, little ones build body awareness, coordination, and emotional connection. A gentle and supportive way to introduce yoga and mindfulness to early learners—plus, a great opportunity to bond with your child!
Kids Yoga
For children ages 6 – 12
Wednesdays | 3:45 PM – 4:45 PM
Our kids yoga class offers a fun, dynamic, and age-appropriate practice that encourages movement, focus, self-regulation, and relaxation. Each class blends yoga poses, breathing exercises, creative movement, and mindfulness activities—perfect for building strength, balance, and confidence while helping kids unwind after school.
