Hi, I’m Tera. I’m in my final year of my master’s program in Counseling at National Louis University, building on my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Services. I’m currently completing my internship at the Center for Self-Actualization in Evergreen Park, and I offer free 15‑minute online consultations for new clients. I will be graduating in June 2026.

I’m passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, including disabilities, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, stress, and major life transitions. I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds and strive to create a safe, affirming space especially for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I am also Lyme Disease– and Chemical Sensitivity friendly.

I have recently completed additional coursework in grooming awareness,  sexual trauma, grief, PTSD, family systems, and anger management.
