R&B Slow Flow Yoga

In this practice you will be guided through each asana slowly and mindfully while listening to the sounds of R&B music. Even the transitions between the poses become like a graceful dance. This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body while filling you with a sense of freedom as you flow your way into a blissful state. This is an inclusive class, all skill levels are welcome. Beginner friendly.

Restorative Yoga with Sound Bath

A gentle practice incorporating the use of props (bolsters, blankets, and

blocks) which allow the body to feel supported and relaxed. Restorative

yoga helps reduce stress by calming the nervous system and relieves

tension in the body. All postures are done on the floor and are held for

longer durations with an emphasis on support and comfort. Relaxing

breath techniques are added for total relaxation. Alchemy crystal

bowls, chimes and Tibetan bowls may be played as you relax,

rejuvenate and unwind.  Beginner friendly.

Yoga Flow

Breathe, focus, move, stretch, and balance. This practice consists of postures designed to synchronize breath with movement. The class moves at a smoothly flowing, moderately rigorous pace with attention

to proper alignment, introducing students to postures essential for strength, flexibility and balance. Modifications are provided to accommodate beginner students. This class assists in bringing the

mind into a state of balance and stillness. There may also be opportunities to safely explore more challenging poses such as arm balances and inversions.

Replenish and Flow Yoga

This mixed levels vinyasa practice is designed to cultivate

strength and stamina while using the power tools of breath,

movement and discipline. We will move mindfully with our breath

allowing the body, mind, spirit to shift and replenish. This practice

will help you to stay curious, to feel how your energy is shifting and to

invite a full replenish to the body!

Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing

This class is offered occasionally as a workshop.  A gentle practice that will gracefully guide you into gentle, restorative postures that will be held for minutes at a time using the support of blankets, bolsters and blocks as well as hands on reiki healing (optional), crystals and oils. This introspective practice will allow the body to move towards deep healing and greater alignment in order to alleviate the effects of

chronic stress, muscle tension & pain, and induce natural states of altered consciousness by inducing the relaxation response. Beginner friendly.

Beginner Yoga

Perfect for beginning yoga students as well as students of all-levels looking to refresh the central importance of the physical practice. This class will teach individuals the basic fundamentals of Vinyasa yoga, which places the body with intention and purpose. Students will learn yogic breathing, how to connect breath to movement through aligning the body, building strength, and how to find clarity in the mind, leading to relaxation and stress relief.  If you are looking for a basic understanding of poses, want a slower paced class, or if you need to take a break from more vigorous styles of yoga - this could be your class!  Students need to be able to get up and down from the floor. Beginner friendly and all-levels welcome.

Candlelight Yin Yoga

An all-levels practice consisting of postures supported by the use of props meant for your body and mind to relax deeper using breath, stillness and gravity. It is a practice of rest and restore that can complement your regular yoga practice or other fitness modalities. Practicing few poses with sustained hold times, Yin yoga allows for the slow and deep release of myofascial tissue, ligaments, tendons and gentle compression of bones and joints. This is a perfect class to ease into your week with this gentle combination of restorative postures and meditation. Opening up the body and mind, this candlelit yin will illuminate even the most difficult to access parts of ourselves and will leave you with a peaceful spaciousness, ready to take on the rest of your week!

Sunrise Yoga

In the yogic discipline, the morning is considered as a “divine time”

and when an individual's spiritual energy is at its peak. Sunrise yoga

brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive

attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead. This

flow class is great for All Levels.

Yin Yoga with Reiki + Meditation

This class will allow time to explore the body, mind, and spirit through yin yoga, meditation and Reiki.

In Yin Yoga we will remain in the poses longer than in a typical yoga class, but in a less strenuous position. By lingering in relative stillness in the poses, you nurture the deep tissues of our bodies including the fascia. By reaching the fascia you will bring oxygen & nutrients to the body, as well as release toxins that have been stored. In turn, this helps to support our immune system. You will stimulate the flow of energy (chi) through acupressure. You will actively stress and stimulate your bones, creating stronger bones.

Reiki is a Japanese holistic healing technique used to balance your energy and mind.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) in combination with breath work (pranayama) and mindfulness to cultivate balance and peace. Hatha Yoga encourages proper alignment of the body and is excellent for increasing flexibility, developing strength, improving body awareness, building concentration, and calming the mind. Beginner friendly.

Core and Restore Yoga

Mixed levels, vinyasa flow practice with the intention to tone and strengthen the whole core, followed by restorative postures. The first half of class builds heat through strong postures, dynamic flows and deep core work. The second half will cool the fire with calming pranayama (breathing), long held stretches and restorative postures. This practice will leave you simultaneously peaceful and renewed. All Levels.

Soulset Sunday Flow

Mixed levels, vinyasa flow practice. Each class starts by connecting to the heart center, setting intentions and moving to your own affirmations. These affirmations will be focused on resetting and recharging for the week ahead. You can expect to enjoy a playlist consisting of hip hop, R&B and neo-soul. All Levels Welcome.

Qigong

Instructed by Qigong specialist, Gail Morales. Qigong combines physical movement, breath and massage. It is based on the knowledge of meridians (qi pathways) and acupuncture points and facilitates qi flow. The practices are often simple, gentle, yet powerful and subtle. Sounds and mudra (hand gestures) may be used separately or in conjunction with qigong movements. The focus of this classes is to assist you in learning how to align with and enhance your Qi so you can feel more peaceful, healthy, happy, and energized. Gail's teaching style is lighthearted and accommodating.  People with various physical challenges such as Parkinson’s, Fibromyalgia, ADHD, chronic pain and cancer attend her classes.  Everyone can benefit from practicing Qigong.  All Levels Welcome.
