Kids Yoga
8 Week Spring Session Starts the week of 3/11!

Our kids yoga program is geared towards the physical and emotional well being of children. We offer classes for age groups 5-8 and 9-12. As well as a caregiver and me class for ages 1-4. Each age group will work on developing skills specific to their needs while creating a welcoming and safe space. Children who participate will learn to bond with their peers, build strength, boost confidence, fine tune social skills, regulate of emotions, reduce stress and anxiety. This program is taught by Deanna Spear, a yoga instructor with specialized training in kids yoga. It is Deanna's mission "to educate, create hope and empower children while guiding them into their own greatness!"

New Moon Ceremony
Sunday, May 5th
7pm - 8pm
Instructor: Deanna Spear
This class will welcome the May New Moon in Taurus with intention setting, gentle yoga, meditation and reflective journaling. The New Moon marks the beginning of a new cycle, a fresh start in it’s cycle of waxing and waning. During this time the Moon is empty and receptive and full of potential. This is an optimum time to plant seeds of intentions for what you wish to manifest in your life. The new moon circle helps us to provide communal support, relaxation and rejuvenation as we join in creative space together.
Please bring a journal, pen, and anything you would like to share with the circle.
Men's Flexibility Yoga

This class will ease men into cultivating a yoga practice and help them become stronger, more agile and focused . Whether you are a serious athlete, recovering from an injury, a new or more experienced yoga practitioner, men's yoga will build physical and mental strength, stamina, balance and flexibility.
Yin Yoga and Reiki
Saturday, May 4th

Instructor: Beth Carpenter
In Yin yoga, we “sink in” to poses, which are primarily done on the floor, for 3-5 minutes. This sinking may also affect your meridians, energy pathways along the body, inviting you to sink in to your subtle self as well. Combining this with meditation and reiki (an ancient Japanese method of healing) is nurturing and can be restorative on many levels. It is a great way to balance out the physical and emotional practices of your life! Many props and support provided.
Couples Yoga
