Our kids yoga program is geared towards the physical and emotional well being of children. We offer classes for age groups 5-8 and 9-12. Each age group will work on developing skills specific to their needs while creating a welcoming and safe space. Children who participate will learn to bond with their peers, build strength, boost confidence, fine tune social skills, regulate of emotions, reduce stress and anxiety. This program is taught by Deanna Spear, a yoga instructor with specialized training in kids yoga. It is Deanna's mission "to educate, create hope and empower children while guiding them into their own greatness!"

Join the esteemed Maura for a rejuvenating yoga session focused on relaxation and renewal. Each posture is designed to induce a sense of calm and vitality, preparing you to tackle the upcoming week with vigor. Maura will conclude the session with Yoga Nidra, a practice known for inducing profound relaxation without physical movement. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep!

Join Megan and kick off the month of Mental Health Awareness with this Yoga for Mental Health pop up! Megan will be teaching a variety of pranayama (breathing techniques), beginner friendly yoga poses and thought techniques to open the body and mind, cultivating a deeper connection between the two. With an emphasis on moving through stress and anxiety more comfortably, yoga for mental health provides physical and communal support to those looking for more ease in their life.
