Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing


June 19th, July 10th, August 14th

 6:15pm - 7:15pm

A gentle practice that will gracefully guide you into gentle, restorative postures that will be held for minutes at a time using the support of blankets, bolsters and blocks as well as hands on reiki healing (optional), crystals and oils. This introspective practice will allow the body to move towards deep healing and greater alignment in order to alleviate the effects of chronic stress, muscle tension & pain, and induce natural states of altered consciousness by inducing the relaxation response. Beginner friendly.

Spring Slow Flow and Reiki Renewal

Join Beth for this slow and gentle flow workshop. She will gently guide you into a slow flow followed by meditation and will finish with an optional hands on Reiki renewal. Step into this Spring with intention! Beginner friendly.

Yoga Chakra Series

We are not just a physical body. All around us and through us is a pulsating electromagnetic field (aura) flowing with life force energy. Chakras are vortexes of energy that move through your body. They are a map into how we hold experience, emotion and energy inside. Each week Michelle will lead you into exploring the properties of one of the chakras and how they live in you. You will become familiar with ways to open and explore your practice with these energy centers in mind. Michelle will guide you in combining yoga, pranayama (breath) and meditation to gain insight into where the mind, matter and the light of awareness meet. Beginner friendly.
